2022 Elections

The District did not hold a general election on November 8, 2022.

There were two (2) positions to be filled: one each for Divisions 1 and 5.

Notice of Election for Division I (1) and Division V (5)

The declaration of candidacy forms were available beginning July 18th, 2022, and were filed in the District office at 5:00 p.m. on August 12, 2022.

On August 12, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., the District recieved one declaration of candidacy form for Division I (1) from Mr. Michael Linneman and one declaration of candidacy form for Division V (5) from Mr. Wayne Western..

On November 8, 2022, Fresno County Board of Supervisors accepted and approved the District's certificate of facts regarding appointing Mr. Linneman and Mr. Western, in lieu of an election. Therefore, Mr. Linneman and Mr. Western shall assume the office of Director of Panoche Drainage District at noon on Friday, December 2, 2022.
